At Guardian Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our home comfort and air purification products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure it arrives safely at our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
